THE RESTAURANTS AND THE CAFE-BAR-LOUNGE
Many areas of the hotel combine tradition and modern style. Our kitchen chef, Robert Ackermann, also loves to present balm for your soul combining creative cuisine with fresh products, some with mediterranean influence, some with French roots but definitely always prepared with a lot of love.
At the restaurant "Kuchikästli" you will meet with Swiss specialities but further developed or creatively changed, as the example of the Variation of 3 Capuns shows. The traditional Grisons dish is served on a wooden tray.
The restaurant "Giardino" is also open to all guests to enjoy daily changing and freshly prepared preset dinners.
The Cafe-Bar-Lounge La Perla invites you to enjoy coffee, very special tea and snacks. At night marvellous cocktails, local berverage specialties are waiting for you.
The wine cellar - this room originates in 1888 - is always worth a visit. In case to can not join or arrange for a tasting, just ask us. We will love to show you around and tell you about some of the secrets being stored within these walls.
